Hi

Currently at the IBC event in Holland . fascinating set of lightning talks
on open source in professional broadcasting.

Ie sky news used open source to stream 150 election counts in UK during
election all using open source setting a world record in the process. Using
familiar applications such as vlc image magick. Etc etc all the big
providers use a lot of open source in broadcasting surprisingly

The event is being filmed so if interested you may find a stream somewhere
if interested.

They must be 300 folk watching the talks impressive !
