[HLUG] Ubuntu lts 1604 is out

Hi

It used to be a big event I guess we're all just used to it now. But
Ubuntu's latest is out today 16.04 as a LTS release is a long term release
that will act as the base for many other distros, server releases, respins,
virtual machines, etc etc
