Dear Ann.
Thank you for your emails.
I am writing this on the faulty machine, which has not yet overheated.
I am hoping to find the root cause of my problem, as well as any
potential ways round.
I wonder whether an email user is only allowed one email client using
(e.g.) icedove.
I have no problem with multiple Webmails.
