[HLUG] Fastershire cable - which ISP ?

Yesterday I noticed a man installing cable along our road.

But clicking http://www.fastershire.com/ says its not available here yet 
(HR6 0SD)
My current ISP is http://www.headweb.co.uk/ - John in Kidderminster.

I'm told that cable is first come first serve, with limited connectivity.

What's my best strategy?
Maybe move to a bigger cheaper ISP forthwith - but which ISP?
