[HLUG] Cloud based linux accessible storage in Europe

Hi

I'm looking for something specific a linux accessible ie via ssh or rsync
storage in a Datacentre in Europe in a country with strong data protection
rules ie Scandinavia, Germany Switzerland etc

I don't really want a VPS itself it's literally just to store backups for a
client of mine.

Access needs to be via ssh s3 or rsync it doesn't need a Gui interface.

I've looked at Rsync.net and their daracenter in Zurich but it's a bit
pricey.

We prefer not to use the big boys like Amazon S3 either.

Does anyone have any ideas on this ?
