Hi Ceri
Your experience with flashing phones shows that it can be a lottery
sometimes, like any open source projects. The two Lineage upgrades I
undertook with a Fairphone2 and Google Pixel XL both went really easily,
although looking back on my notes from a couple of years back showed me
that installing on the FP in the first place was much more convoluted than
it should have been esp. for an 'open phone' such as this.
Yes a Rasp Pi event would be great, as we haven't tackled this before in
any big way. My RPi knowledge is very limited as mine hasn't been used for
a couple of years but hopefully there are others in the LUG keen to help
here ... step forward please ..
