Hi Gang,

I am having issues with Zoom and wonder if anyone else has had/ is 
having similar.

I will try to keep to the point as best I can and avoid irrelevant detail.

Two weeks ago I was able to join zoom mtgs through my browser. I have 
not bothered to install a local zoom client because the bandwidth here 
is too low for video so I can't possibly run mtgs.

A few days later I logged in to a mtg from a different org and had 
everything going as usual APART FROM I had no incoming sound. Incoming 
video, outgoing sound, all the trimmings, all good. No incoming sound.

I opened a voice channel on facebook PM to verify hardware and that was 
all good.

The test audio button on Zoom settings gave me sound.

A few days later, joining the regular weekly mtg (which had previously 
been all good) now have no incoming audio.

As an experiment; over the w/e, with a little help, I exposed my device 
by removing all the privacy and security defaults and tried again. Still 
no sound.

So I went deep, wiped the drive and installed a new OS (The latest 
Mint). And guess what...

Still no incoming audio.

Zoom support is ONLY available from within the client or mobile app.
It's NOT a hardware issue.
No GUI settings in my browser or the browser window for Zoom have made 
any difference.

Gissa clue...
