[HLUG] Can I borrow use of a Windows machine with Thunberbolt 3 port?

Hello Julian, I have a spare windows machine if you want it, but have no
idea what the Thunderbolt3 port means. I have been struggling with windows
11 apparently programmed by malevolent beings and have not followed up some
Linux advice from Bob Higgie yet.
