It's a web-based graphical front-end for various commands and
configuration, to enable sys-admins to remotely control their servers
from a laptop while sitting on a mountaintop, like those suave guys in
the adverts in Linux Magazine.

This also has the distinct advantage that when everything goes wrong,
and their boss/directors/investors come looking for someone to blame,
they're already off into the hills with a good head start ;)
