OK, call me crazy - but I got thinking on the way back from work today.=20
What if you ran a firewall from a pci card, it would be hardware based -
so fast(?).  It would be difficult for somebody to change settings on
(requiring reprogramming of the processor?) - so secure.  What else does =
a
firewall need to do - oh yeah, log attacks, do it through network.

Do I just have too much time on my journeys to/from work to come up with
bizarre ideas, or would it work?
