[Hudlug] HudLUG Record Attendance

This is from someone who has never been to one of the meetings, so feel free to take this with as much or as little salt as you like.

For me personally, its not whats putting me off, its what is the incentive for me to attend.

Its usually a case with me that I see a notice of something, think "hey that looks interesting" and I make a note to attend.

With HUDLUG meetings, I tend to get a notice a day or so before, without knowing what will be happening, so I just ignore it, as I have a lot else going on.

Of course this may not be how HUDLUG works, in which case ignore me, but I would like to see advanced notice of meetings, and some info as to what will be going on, discussions etc.
