[Klug-general] the KLUG roadshow

Hello

Could you remind me please what the purpose of the KLUG roadshow is?

If we're aiming to attract new members and spread the word then a high 
profile venue such as Leas Cliffe is a good idea - so long as it's supported 
by lots of publicity

However if we're more interested in getting people from the mailing list to 
come along then i'm sure it really matters where we hold it and we should 
look at the church halls, schools, pub back rooms, etc option.

I know personally I'm more interested in meeting up with some like minded 
people and learning from them then weather the venue has a bar and nice 
views of the sea.
