Aaah.

In the uncharted back waters of the western side of europe (here after
called "The British Isles") I will agree with you.

In such civilised countries as say, Bundesrepublik Deutschland, or say
Koninkrijk der Nederlanden, you will find such things as 3G have kicked
off quite nicely. Whilst the 2.5G stuff such as GPRS (Generally Poor
Radio Service) has been largely skipped in favour of 3G.

Aaaah, I love standards. So many to choose from!
