[Klug-general] Problems with Ledger SMB - installation now solved

Reference my last, delete all after 'Yup'.

I've re-installed it all and it appears that I must have mistyped one of 
the passwords in the setup because it now all works.

For all the patient advice and tolerance of stoopid questions, much thanks.
