~/$ apt-cache search libmime-lite-perl
libmime-lite-perl - Perl5 module for convenient generation of MIME messages

It does exist. It may be that your apt repositories are not set quite right.

for now, wget the file from http://ftp.nl.debian.org/debian/pool/main/libm/libmime-lite-perl/libmime-lite-perl_3.01-8_all.deb and use dpkg -i to install it.
