2 out of the 3 servers exhibit the same problem, at the same problem
so I doubt that would make an oz of difference!

Having done a bit of background reading.... its quite common, although
I'd not seen it in servers before. and is caused by faulty versions on
Apic in some Bios mostly ones over a few years old now....
