[Klug-general] Improving KLUG Meetings

All valid points and ones that have been discussed before. One thing the
collective KLUG community is good at doing it discussing what to do but then
never following through with it.
It would  be good for that to change.

Out of interest was this idea created off list or at todays meeting?
