Pcspecialist is definitely out of my price range. I was hoping for

To give you an idea of what I'm after, have a look at the price & specs
of Dell's Inspiron 15 laptop.

My only misgiving is how to  totally & completely remove Windows 8 (no,
I don't want to dual boot; I want a linux-only machine.)
Does anyone know how difficult it is to get around the UEFI problem?
