[Lancaster] free webspace

Hi all,

A friend was asking about free webspace providers (she wants to set up a 
business doing counselling). I'm thinking either wordpress.com or 
sites.google.com, mainly because these are the two I know about, and 
they are both pretty well developed in terms of usability for someone 
who wants to maintain their own site. Does anyone know of any others 
that are any good? She wants to have her own domain name, and preferably 
no adverts.
