Either:
1. subscribe the posting address and set the "no mail" option for it; 
or
2. beat the moderator until your posts get approved.

Clearly, 1 is faster and more socially acceptable than 2, but it's 
surprising how many people think 2 is easier. They're wrong, at least 
when I'm moderating ;-)
