[Lincs] Test Web site

do we have a way for members to add external links? also is there a
reason external links is only available from the front page??

i know its in alpha testing but i thought id ask just incase its
something you missed or whether its because the links panel is
seperate on each page (if so can we not put a dynamic link panel in?)
