[linux-sec-uk] Intros...

Hello,

Thought I'd join the intro parade. I've been interested in Linux since RH 5,
mostly
from a tinker-er/curiousity standpoint. Have been trying to promote Linux
and get my company
interested in it. They seem to notice lately since IBM is making a splash.

I've done Unix/Internet security several years ago but have been doing
development/system admin of late.
Have done some Linux/Web development in the real-world as well.

I'd like to discuss exploits, holes, vuln's and general Linux security from
all standpoints.

Are any of those Linux certs doing anyone any good? (Apologies, I know it's
not sec related.)

I was hoping it was going to be similar to bugtraq with the alerts, and
well if there's any new techniques out, show them to the group etc..
