Mr Surkan appears to be sending this request to all Linux lists they can
find, including all the Linux LUG lists.  He is being very polite, asking
each LUG postmaster for permission to post but for anyone who subscribes to
multiple lists it is becoming a real pa*n.

He is also prolific, previously posting similar requests to Security Focus.

Is this guy real?  What is his privacy policy?  How will he use the survey
results?  My paranoia antenna are wiggling

If MS want a survey they have enough MCSE, MOUS and MCSA people they can
ask.
