There's a post for a junior sysadmin coming up here shortly.

Also may be suitable for a student graduating this summer (and willing
to start immediately after their course ends) provided they already
possess a reasonable amount of practical experience of linux-based
sysadmin/support.

Based in Red Hat's office in Guildford, but includes supporting
other European offices, so some European travel is possible.
