Responsibilities:
    *    Be self-motivated
    *    Work efficiently with minor supervision
    *    Prefer secure, highly available, fault-tolerant systems
    *    Identify and resolve technical issues
    *    Participate in 24x7 on-call system for production services
    *    Troubleshoot complex problems as they occur
    *    Work with your team
    *    Become a go-to person for database issues
    *    Ensure scalability and flexibility data models and system architecture
    *    Help design and deploy efficient new applications
    *    Manage database systems in prod/QA/dev environments
    *    Assist in developing database tools using BASH/PHP/Perl/Python

Job Skill Requirements:
    *    Excellent interpersonal skills
    *    Interest in the data aspect of systems administration
    *    Strong skills in SQL and scripting languages (BASH, Perl, Python)
    *    Experience with administration in high volume installations
    *    Performance and query tuning experience
    *    RDBMS experience: MySQL, Postgres, and similar
    *    NoSQL interest: Cassandra, HBase, Hypertable, Redis, and similar
    *    Understanding of replication

Additional Skills Strongly Desired:
    *    Relevant degree or equivalent experience
    *    Red Hat certification (RHCT/RHCE)
