[Nottingham] Wireless Network Cards

Hi, has anyone out there get experience is setting up wireless network
cards?

I've just upgraded my netowrk (got 2 new shiny laptops too) and need to swap
the ethernet card from my server.

Only problem is the last time i configured hardware in linux was about 12
months ago, and I haven't got a clue!

Can anyone help?

I did find a HOWTO on linuxdocs but its not very clear...

I've got a PCI cardbus and a PCMCIA wireless card.
