One caveat on Mdk 10.1: it seems to have a problem with wireless - or at least 
with the Atmel wireless chipset.

10.0 is fine - recognises the wireless connection on installation.  10.1 only 
recognises it if you manage not to power off the machine at any stage after 
upgrading from 10.0 (or Windows).  

It seems to be an issue to do with loading the firmware: no power-off, the 
firmware stays loaded.   

Peter's machine, which was on 10.1 while he was at Uni, has had to be 
'downgraded' to 10.0 while he's at home so that he can use the wireless 
network - we couldn't find any way round it, despite a couple of days 
searching.  Mine's staying on 10.0 for a while yet!
