[Nottingham] DVD Shrink equivalent?

Hi

Does anyone know if there is a DVDShrink equivalent? It re-streams DVD 
VOB files allowing the user to keep only selected tracks, eg, video & 
dts, discards all DVD extras and rebuilds a the IFO files. It's most 
useful and even re-compresses video if there is no other way to get the 
files to 4.3 G.

It is well written, fast and free, unfortunately the programmer picked 
the "wrong" platform!
