rsynch with the updates repository of your choice, then point urpmi to 
your local machine (MCC - Media Manager).

Alternatively, you could use urpmi from the command line and use the 
"noclean" option. See man urpmi.

There has been various discussions on this on alt.os.linux.mandrake.
