[Nottingham] ISP ADSL

On a BT line, Force9 provide a service here in Nottingham, I've been using 
them for years.

there's also Demon Internet.

NTL will not allow access to any other ISP _accounts_ other than their own 
on cable or phone.

BT phone lines are "open", accounts can be transferred to any ISP.

But perhaps you were asking who actually provides the cable connections to 
your house / business.

As far as I'm aware only BT / NTL are in this area.
