I'm surprised that noone has taken the chance to comment - you don't  
send passwords by email, in the clear !

And don't send them in a reversible encrypted format to a service  
agent if avoidable - your username might be how they know you and  
recognised, but your password is not a tool that a human should ask  
you for by email.
