[Nottingham] Odd FTP problem

Hello Stripes,

I tried to connect to muin.pair.com from my WXP box (I know, but that's what
I did) using WinSCP with u=anonymous, p=<my email addr> and it wouldn't
auth.  I have some time this afternoon so am able to help if you would like.
