[Nottingham] Odd FTP problem

Hi Denny,

Any suggestions more than welcome. Pair support services are unable to
reproduce this bug so can offer no futher advice.

Connections is configured to use port 21, passive FTP and always falls
over with 500 syntax error, unrecognised command then continues for a
bit before failing absolutely when trying to list the directory. It is
still possible to log in normally from the command line and do
anything you can normally do via ftp.
