Nice to know I am not the only one planning to start attending.

Since you are only halfway between changing email clients, perhaps you
are open to suggestions. I have been using mu4e for about half a year
now and I have been loving it since the beginning. It is actually an
email client for Emacs, but of course, Emacs can be run in text mode.
