[Nottingham] stuck in reboot loop

Hi,
Still no progress, computer is stuck in "Reset System" loop. I have tried
both Ubuntu 22 and Linux MInt. Basically I am not familiar with the 'new'
UEFI startup system. and things like disable RST, change storage access to
AHCI mean nothing to me. I did change setting from UEFI to legacy, but that
did not solve problem. Just not sure what to do now. So much for my
Christmas prezzie.
