I agree.

There are three things that I thought about when thinking about whether
to reply:

1. My Time.
     I don't have any spare!
2. Cost.
     I would have to charge a lot of money to compensate for taking
     time from my family
3. Ability to teach.
     Teaching is hard. I'm not sure I want to spend my spare time
     teaching someone regardless of how much I'm being paid. As you
     have only done an introductory PHP course, there's a mountain
     to climb before getting to a production quality web site.


At the end of the day, I'd rather quote for doing the job :) Though I
suspect that my company would be far to expensive!
