[Preston] ImExPS/2?

I was having a quick look around today and found a listing for the ImExPS/2
driver, which supposedly supports 5 button mice like the MS intellimouse.

It would be rather handy to have the extra buttons, but other information
seemed scarce to say the least. Is anyone using this driver for X or GPM, and
what do you use to configure the buttons?
