You can't use apt/aptitude to install a tar file directly. You need to
find a repository that includes the version of dosbox that you want or
find a way of building from source. If you can find a .deb of the correct
version, you /may/ be able to install it with 'dpkg -i package-file.deb',
but you'll need to install any dependencies by hand.
Why do you need that specific version of dosbox on this Eee?
