Wow. The reason I left Eclipse was because of my perception that their
support was getting worse (and the fact that their customer "services"
people seemed incapable of getting anything right first time).

Like Demon before them, Eclipse were great until they were taken over, in
Eclipse's case by Kingston Communications. Then the rot appeared to set in.

Are you happy with them, Alex, or just staying through inertia?
