To be honest, I rarely have to call them, and it's always been BT's fault
when I have. My connection stays up 24/7 (except for when BT screw it) and
it gets about 6.5Mbps off-peak. My DNS doesn't break, my MX records point to
the right place, and their SMTP relays don't appear to lose email.

What more could I ask? Well, all the same stuff, plus 24Mbps ADSL2 for no
more money, I suppose. :-)
