You still have to upgrade your radiators to ones with high output at low 
water temperatures or suffer worse COP trying to get higher-temperature 
water out of the heatpump. Unless you go for one with air output (e.g. 
air-to-air - I don't know if there are any/many ground-source-to-air pumps).

If you've got suspended floors and like stripped boards then an 
air-to-air blowing under the floor (with air bricks sealed up) might work.
