[Sderby] Disabling mouse pointer

There is a patch available for mingetty which does the automatic login, I 
don't have the URL to hand, but a search should find it. Failing that I 
could send it to you.

For disabling the cursor, I'm not sure, but there may be something in 
xset, try the man page.
