[Sussex] Exim problems

Hi SLUGS,

I have a mail problem.. as I've mentioned before mail agent set-up is an
area where I am a complete numb-skull...

I decided to bite the bullet and set up exim and fetchmail on the debian 3
box I'm going to use for INSIDE development.

Fetchmail is up and running and seems to be working fine, however Exim has
proven to be somewhat of a pain.

My set up is as follows:

I download E-mail using fetchmail from pop3.uklinux.net, normally I send
e-mail from accounts with the format _name_ at tealeg.uklinux.net via
smtp.uklinux.net.

I've attempted to set up exim in several ways now and frankly I'm a little
lost.

The machine's hostname is simply "debian" within my internal network. It's
access to the internet is through the NAT server in my Alcatel Speedtouch
510 ADSL router.

I have managed to get exim to happily deliver mail internally (when it is
told to recognise @tealeg.uklinux.net as an internal address). However any
mails to the outside world fail and the logs show that exim is continuously
retrying to relay them via smtp.uklinux.net.

Right now any mail you send to an @tealeg.uklinux.net address returns the
following:

This could be a problem with UKLinux but I have a sneaky feeling it's
probably something I've done!

In a word (and to quote the beatles):

HELP!
