[Sussex] Router SNMP software

Do you know of any software in Linux which can get SNMP (Simple Network 
Management Protocol, which is anything but simple) from the router.

I also would need to be able to get a bandwidth grath showing the the 
time frame.  It not that easy to explane but here picture of what 
looking for
