LUG.org.uk  ?  I think this needs a JFDI response.

Look lets leave it that those who work on the day who create the actuall 
CD and have tested it can then pull a name from a hat .

I can see that otherwise we will be herding cats discussing this and if 
your a new person to the list or just a lurker this conversation seems 
entirely irrelevant [1]
