[Sussex] ANN: python and flash people wanted

I'm looking for some smart python based web devs for a social
networking / date-game website. The site is flash centered but is all
developed in django/python with lots of mootools javascript.

I need people who understand the web, like working in different
lanaguages, can handle the idea of becomming extraordinarily rich and
who understand a bit of linux.

I'm also interested in flash people and in HTML/CSS/design people as
long as they have a bit of JS and XSLT too.

We're using darcs, debian, postgresql and apache in no particular
order.
