Clause 5 isn't permitted. It needs rewording because the visitor must
see the license to accept it.

I would suggest maybe it should say "... is aware that the software
is licensed and undertakes to use it in accordance with the license
or remove it"

Clause 7 is probably a lawyercheck item. Negligence is a complicated issue,
but you need insurance anyway.

Clause 8 looks like a nightmare. Lots of hardware has no asset numbers, or
has to be taken apart to see it. You can't just keep it if they cant prove
its theirs etc..
