In that case, you can try changing the cmos battery (if it is indeed 
changable - some of them are lithium button cells whcih are easy to just 
pop out and change, others (usually older) are soldered directly to the 
board and so not as easy to change).  If that makes no difference then you 
have a dead hardware clock, but thats not a big problem - configuring ntpd 
correctly should make the box sync with an NTP time source on boot and 
then it'll be fine.
