I think this is of interest to a lot of people on the list:
The Open Rights Group has issued their first news issue, and as part
from that they ask for an "Urgent Data Retention ACTION NEEDED BY
THURSDAY 2005-09-22". http://www.openrightsgroup.org/
If you don't know what is this data retention thing about - just read
the proposal of the commition
