Like everything else, they have their pros and cons.

I like the physicality of books, plus the smell of new books. Mmmmm.
However, books take up space - I go through spells of donating them to
charity shops.
Also, try travelling with a selection of your favourite books... a
tablet/kindle will win every time.

My only issue, which I'm guessing is with the publishers as a whole,
is that when you buy a physical book on Amazon, etc, that you do not
also get an ebook of the same book. They do it with audio CDs, so it
just seems petty little old me. I then resort to looking for dodgy
ebooks of the physical books that I've paid for.
